Meet the Founder

Michelle Risinger is an award-winning innovation strategist, facilitator, and speaker. Her career began with the American Red Cross in conflict zones, shaping her expertise in real-time problem-solving. She later served as Director of Innovation at Pact, managing a global innovation portfolio across 40 countries. 

A recipient of the 2019 End-User Transformation Award by Design Thinking USA, she holds a Master’s in International Peace and Conflict Studies from St Andrews. Michelle is a certified professional life coach, a certified practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and holds a certificate from Cornell University in the Psychology of Leadership.

She founded Rising Solutions to address cultural and systemic barriers to workplace innovation. Since then, her client focus and company research have centered on the systematic and cultural failures that inhibit creativity and innovation in the modern workplace.
